You will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your order’s tracking information. Track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email. Or you can use the link to download the Arrive App which will seamlessly keep your updated on the whereabouts of your order.
Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order. *Please note, if the item you purchased is on backorder it will ship once we have it back in stock.
We have multiple warehouse locations so there are some instances where items may be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive an additional email with further tracking information.
If one of the items that you purchased is on backorder, your order will be shipped separately. In this case, you will receive a shipping confirmation when we have the item back in stock.
Your order will be shipped Ground Service unless you select Express Service options. Please allow 1 business day for processing. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2-5 business days*. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
