By law, you must use a biodegradable container if you are going to either bury ashes in the ground or having a burial at sea.

In addition to having this special container, if you are having a sea burial, you need to be 3 nautical miles from shore.

Our Earth biodegradable urns will biodegrade over time when you place it into the ground.  Urns place to sea with float for 1-3hrs and then sink to the ocean floor.

Our urns will not biodegrade until they are placed in water or the ground.
